2. Donations & Funding
2.1 Donation Purpose
All donations made through our platform are final and non-refundable. Contributions will be utilized to further the mission and charitable objectives of the NGO as determined by the Governing Body.
2.2 Tax Benefits
We provide official receipts for all donations. These may qualify for tax benefits (such as 80G in India), subject to the prevailing tax laws. It is the donor's responsibility to confirm their individual eligibility for such benefits.
2.3 Foreign Contributions
Donations from foreign nationals are subject to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA). We reserve the absolute right to reject or refund any donation that appears to violate FCRA regulations or other applicable laws.
3. Liability & Disputes
3.1 Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information provided.
3.2 Indemnity
You hereby indemnify NOIDA LEGAL SERVICE TRUST and undertake to keep the NGO indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred or suffered by the NGO arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms.
3.3 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
