2. Donations & Funding

Donation Purpose

Donations are non-refundable and will be used to further the mission and objectives of the NGO as determined by the Governing Body.

Tax Benefits

We provide receipts for donations, which may qualify for tax benefits (e.g., 80G in India), subject to prevailing tax laws. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility.

Foreign Contributions (FCRA)

If you are a foreign donor, your donation is subject to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA). We reserve the right to reject or refund any donation that violates FCRA regulations.

3. Liability and Disputes

Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on its general information.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the NGO and its personnel from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms.
